Looking for a theme i notice that quite a few themes now have undocumented spammy links at the bottom. Looking through the code, the authors have gone through extremes to mask them.
The first link's url appears to rotate, the second link remains stable. No standard search will identify any of the titles or links themselves. This is an example:
"What the world says about endif and typetextcss File moved by FREE Go FTP"
- or -
"Further info on language and related to dir The Fastest FTP Client on the Planet, GoFTP FREE"
This is really out of the ordinary. I'll assume that this is a temporary problem. I'll postpone my theme search another time. Stuck again - on something that should actually have been fun.
GoFTP adds spammy links to theme files uploads!!!

DON'T USE IT!
I've been experimenting with GoFtp in the last two weeks. I'm going to immediately uninstall it. Unbelievable.
This problem has absolutely nothing to do with drupal.
