some changes

Earlier I reported my progress here on making several Drupal sites multilingual since 2008, with target to finish the sites in 2009. Unfortunately the state of Drupal's multilingual implementation cannot provide a proper multilingual site at this time, when you are not a coder. I'm certain that Drupal will progress further in 2010... As I pause or slow this work down, my notes are likely to become obsolete soon, so I've decided to remove them before they might lead to confusion.
